Would you know what to do if you ran into difficulties on the rock? Let’s say your second is stuck on one tricky move; whatever they try, they just can’t get past that section. Or maybe you need to evacuate an injured climber off the crag. Perhaps you find that your rope has a damaged section, but you need to abseil on it. All of these problems can be solved with a good working knowledge of rescues - Mountain Rescue isn’t always available to help. We offer rescue courses for trad and sport, either single pitch and multi pitch.
